We took a trip this morning to St. Louis County's Museum of Transportation. I received a pack of tickets from our Parks Department when I started my new job.
The museum was really interesting - something we're sure that Grandpa Floyd or Grandpa Tom would like. Lots of old steam locomotives, diesel locomotives, and train cars. We took a ride on a converted el car from Chicago, complete with signs listing Jane Byrne as the mayor, checked out some engines, etc. I would enjoy going back and spending more time reading the signs about the engines, etc. That's something Adam just can't tolerate right now.
