Let's Go D-Backs!

Cubs fans don't deserve a winning team. Let's go Arizona!

Oh... If Oma were here, she'd be sitting in her orange chair in the back room of Gma & Gpa's house over dere by St. Rene's... Paul and I would be in a full-blown fist-fight in the basement.

Come on, now. You Sox fans are some venom-spitting, territorial animals. Chicago's a big place.

Don't pee on our birthday cake when you still have some - it's only two years old, and it still tastes good compared to a piece that's 99 years old.

Aah, Cubs fans have been dishing it out for years. The support of any team playing the Cubs/Sox depending on which side of town you're from is a Chicago tradition.

Besides, we would always have Poltergeist to bring us back together again.

Wow! You must know some jerky Cubs fans.

Cubs fans have had plenty of years to become bitter and dish the proverbial "it" out, but every single Cubs fan I know supported the White Sox through their post season and through the World Series (Really, what ELSE were we going to do?). It was a treat to see because they were a great team to watch ("Bring me the big, wide guy!").

When it was all over, I took all the needling, goading and gloating with a smile, congratulated the multitude of Sox fans I knew; their team truly showed America how baseball is supposed to be played! Yes! And then I politely told them to shut the **** up. :)

Eh, we'll see what happens. What was that Ben Franklin quote? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.?

I'll probably be crying into my Budweiser come mid-October; then you can tell me you told me so.
