We often had people over for dinner/etc. in Springfield, so we decided to carry the tradition on here in St. Louis with our first annual Christmas Open House last Sunday. We had a great time with all of our new neighbors. The kids had a good time playing together and decorating gingerbread men (above). We couldn't have ended up in a better neighborhood - it's close to school, close to work, and we've got great people around us. It makes the tough transition from Springfield just a bit easier.
